PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Working for The Graduate Union of the University of Melbourne, APM built a new four-level post graduate apartment facility and car park complex behind the existing Victorian Terraces in Leicester Street. The accommodation and function facility required the partial demolition and refurbishment of the existing structures connecting the adjoining Graduate House facility to the new structure. Temporary support structures were designed to maintain the façade and chimney structures for heritage significance.
