HAWTHORN TOWN HALL ARTS PRECINCT

The Hawthorn Town Hall Arts Precinct project involved the complex base building and complete services upgrade to convert the existing Town Hall building into the new heritage inspired arts and cultural space.  The commercial refurbishment for the City of Boroondara encompassed new and enhanced performance spaces, a new gallery and art development performance spaces, associated arts retail kitchens, a café, Council customer service and meeting chambers. Located within the busy Burwood & Glenferrie Road precinct, the construction program required detailed management planning and supervision to deliver the high quality product within a strict program.
