WESTERN HEIGHTS COLLEGE REDEVELOPMENT

This project included the construction and integrated fit-out of a Design Arts Technology Building and a shared Global Learning Centre.  The project consisted of the construction of two new learning facilities: a Design Arts Technology Building and a shared Global Learning Centre (GLC).  The facilities are supported by two new carparks, hard courts, sports oval and extensive landscaping. Completed with an integrated fit-out, the project is designed to give students access to the best possible educational resources. The existing Vines Road Community Centre (VRCC) continued functioning throughout the construction period until the new VRCC/GLC was commissioned.
