APM Group carried out the first stage of a major building renovation to the School of Chemistry within the grounds of the operational University. Stage 1 works involved the transformation of the heritage (façade) building into teaching laboratories. APM first managed the removal and decontamination of the old laboratories building and the modern new laboratories with state-of-the-art, fume-hood extraction. The fast tracked project was delivered in stages to enable commencement of classes for the academic year.
