ST MICHAEL'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL, JUNIOR SCHOOL

APM Group has consistently provided construction services for St Michael's Grammar since 1997. Initial works involved the construction of a new, $5 million junior school and grew to include $15m worth of projects at the St Kilda campus. Project elements include basement construction, roof gardens, music rooms, courtyard and landscape works, Astor Theatre refurbishment, St Michael's House, Margaret Thomas House and Bishops Hall. Working within the tightly constrained inner city campus, APM has developed a project team with sensitivity and site management skills to manage construction trades within the operational school environment.
