PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Berwick Centre for Health is constructed over 3 levels, containing a simulation ward, community health ward, classrooms, offices and toilets. The project featured polished post tensioned and slab on ground concrete floors and fully glazed facades shielding open atrium stairs. APM worked in conjunction with the design team to overcome design hurdles involving structural steel and facade interfacing, to ensure the teaching facility was opened on schedule.
