SYNDAL BAPTIST CHURCH

The new contemporary, architecturally-designed multipurpose church facility required the demolition of an existing building, excavation and site retention and construction of a multi-story church and community centre connected to the existing church. The construction program was staged to maintain ongoing parish operations, allowing progressive decanting from the existing buildings on the completion of the new areas. This enabled the second stage of the contract to refurbish the existing areas.
