PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Qantas Joey Club involved the construction of a new 1,100m2 single storey child care facility located within the Melbourne Airport business park, Tullamarine. The centre required the construction of roadways and car parking together with specialist playground and landscaping works. To enable connection of the required services infrastructure, APM was engaged under a secondary contract to undertake the design and construction of the services across to the building site to facilitate the development.
