PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

APM Group has been engaged to redevelop and refurbish the existing 5 storey heritage listed building at 351-357 Elizabeth Street in the CBD of Melbourne. The works completed include a strip out of the existing 5 floors including the mezzanine and basement, followed by a refit and refurbishment. The existing facade was refurbished and repainted with the inclusion of new steel windows on street level.
