Project Description:
APM Group worked with the local community under the Regional Participation Scheme, employing people from Swan Hill, Bendigo and surrounding areas. ESD initiatives incorporated into the design include geothermal air conditioning (utilising the geological conditions of the region to supplement heating and air-conditioning), c-bus energy control systems and rainwater harvesting and recycling.
