Since its inception in 1989, APM Group has completed +750 separate construction projects for corporate and institutional clients throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. We pride ourselves on repeat business with over 70% of our current projects being for repeat clients. We have extensive experience in both traditional and design + construct contracts across a wide spectrum of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects. We also have proven experience in joint venture bids for commercial contracts, including successful delivery of past projects with tier one companies.
Maintaining standards through independent certifications on Quality (AS 9001), Safety (AS4801) and Environmental (AS 14001), APM have the insurances and financial security capacity to provide competitively priced construction services for projects of $1m - $60m value Victoria-wide.
