Through BroadAPM, a joint venture with Broad Construction Services, APM Group has the capacity to undertake large commercial construction projects in south eastern Australia. This joint venture offers clients competitive, mid-tier construction cost alternatives, supported by tier-one expertise and security.
Broad Group Holdings is 90 percent owned by Leighton Contractors, which is in turn 100 percent owned by Leighton Holdings. This structure provides the joint venture with the financial security and bank guarantee facility required for commercial contracts in the $25m to $200m range.
