BroadAPM's first contract was secured in 2010 for the design and construction of a 618-bed student accommodation facility for Monash University, Clayton campus. The $65m+ project is the first NRAS funded project for student accommodation and is also the first university student accommodation project in Australia to seek 5 Star Green Star Design and As-built Ratings.

The project commenced construction in late August and is due for completion in November 2011. The facility is architecturally designed by BVN Architecture, with services and environmentally sustainable design conducted by Norman Disney & Young and structural design by Bonacci.
